Provisions Run With the Land. This Agreement shall run with the Redeveloper Property and shall inure to and bind the parties and their successors in interest. This Redevelopment Agreement or a Memorandum hereof shall be recorded with the Register of Deeds of Lancaster County, Nebraska, against the Redeveloper’s Property, at the City’s expense.

Any easement or right of entry granted hereunder shall be for the benefit not only of Grantee but also for the benefit of any tenants, licensees, invitees, occupants, employees, agents and contractors of Grantee whom Grantee shall permit to use such easement or right of entry.
