Common use of Provisional Period Clause in Contracts

Provisional Period. 44.1 The initial ninety (90) calendar days of employment shall be the provisional period for all new employees. The regularly scheduled supervision time during this period shall be used for the purposes of orientation, training, and review of the employee's job performance. The UAW Counselors who work with the new employee will be given an opportunity at around the employee’s sixty (60) day xxxx to provide feedback on employee’s strengths and weaknesses.
