Provision of Meals on Unscheduled Overtime. When employees are required to work extended daily hours in excess of eleveneleven (11) hours, the Employer shall be required, following the tenth (10th) hour, to provide a meal at no cost to the employees, for those involved. One-half (1/2) hour at the straight time rate of pay shall be allowed for the consumption of the meal. Should an employee be requested to continue work, then an additional hot meal shall be provided every additional four (4) hours under the same conditions as above.‌‌
