Common use of Provision of Interconnection Financial Security Clause in Contracts

Provision of Interconnection Financial Security. The Interconnection Customer is obligated to provide all necessary Interconnection Financial Security required under Section 4.8 of the GIP in a manner acceptable under Section 4.8 of the GIP.

Provision of Interconnection Financial Security. The Interconnection Customer is obligated to provide all necessary Interconnection Financial Security required under Section 4.8 5.9 of the GIP in a manner acceptable under Section 4.8 5.9 of the GIP.

Provision of Interconnection Financial Security. The Interconnection Customer is obligated to provide all necessary Interconnection Financial Security required under Rule 21 Section F.4 if studied under the Independent Study Process. The Interconnection Customer is obligated to provide all necessary Interconnection Financial Security required under Section 4.8 of the GIP in a manner acceptable if studied under Section 4.8 of the GIPTransmission Cluster Study Process.

Provision of Interconnection Financial Security. The Interconnection Customer is obligated to provide all necessary Interconnection Financial Security required under Section 4.8 94.8 of the GIP in a manner acceptable under Section 4.8 94.8 of the GIP. Failure by the Interconnection Customer to timely satisfy the GIP’s requirements for the provision of Interconnection Financial Security shall be deemed a breach of this Agreement and a condition of Default of this Agreement.

Provision of Interconnection Financial Security. The Interconnection Customer is obligated to provide all necessary Interconnection Financial Security required under Section 4.8 911 of the GIP GIPGIDAP in a manner acceptable under Section 4.8 911 of the GIPGIPGIDAP. Failure by the Interconnection Customer to timely satisfy the GIP’sGIDAP’s requirements for the provision of Interconnection Financial Security shall be deemed a breach of this Agreement and a condition of Default of this Agreement.

Provision of Interconnection Financial Security. The Interconnection Customer is obligated to provide all necessary Interconnection Financial Security required under Section 4.8 of the GIP GIPCLGIP in a manner acceptable under Section 4.8 of the GIPGIPCLGIP.

Provision of Interconnection Financial Security. The Interconnection Customer is obligated to provide all necessary Interconnection Financial Security required under Rule 21 Section F.4 if studied under the Independent Study Process. The Interconnection Customer is obligated to provide all necessary Interconnection Financial Security required under Section 4.8 [PG&E: Section 4.23] of the GIP in a manner acceptable if studied under Section 4.8 of the GIPTransmission Cluster Study Process.
