Common use of Provincial Clause in Contracts

Provincial. The Union and the Participating Hospitals will strike a joint provincial working group to collect data, review and/or establish research related to registered nurse staffing and will work to secure the participation from the Nursing Secretariat, the Nursing Research Unit (NRU) and the Ministry of Health and Long Term Care (MOHLTC) to share solutions with these bodies.
