Provider/Supplier Reimbursement and Member Liability. The Provider’s Reasonable Charge is the allowance or payment that the Plan has determined is reasonable for covered services provided to a member based upon the provider who renders such services. Specifically, it is the portion of the provider’s billed charge that will be recognized by the Plan and used to calculate the benefit payable and the financial liability of the member under the Agreement. In the event that a provider has not agreed to accept the Provider’s Reasonable Charge as payment in full, any amounts billed by the provider in excess of the Provider’s Reasonable Charge are not covered under the Agreement and shall be the financial responsibility of the member. Deductible and coinsurance amounts shall be applied to the Provider’s Reasonable Charge to determine the benefit amount payable by the Plan. See Section II. COMPREHENSIVE MAJOR MEDICAL EXPENSE COVERAGE, Subsection J. Benefit Amounts, Durations, Limits, Deductibles and Coinsurance for Benefits Under the Agreement of this Outline for the definition of “Provider’s Reasonable Charge”.

  • Provider Services The Contractor’s system shall collect, process, and maintain current and historical data on program providers. This information shall be accessible to all parts of the MCMIS for editing and reporting.

  • Approved Services; Additional Services Registry Operator shall be entitled to provide the Registry Services described in clauses (a) and (b) of the first paragraph of Section 2.1 in the Specification 6 attached hereto (“Specification 6”) and such other Registry Services set forth on Exhibit A (collectively, the “Approved Services”). If Registry Operator desires to provide any Registry Service that is not an Approved Service or is a material modification to an Approved Service (each, an “Additional Service”), Registry Operator shall submit a request for approval of such Additional Service pursuant to the Registry Services Evaluation Policy at xxxx://xxx.xxxxx.xxx/en/registries/rsep/rsep.html, as such policy may be amended from time to time in accordance with the bylaws of ICANN (as amended from time to time, the “ICANN Bylaws”) applicable to Consensus Policies (the “RSEP”). Registry Operator may offer Additional Services only with the written approval of ICANN, and, upon any such approval, such Additional Services shall be deemed Registry Services under this Agreement. In its reasonable discretion, ICANN may require an amendment to this Agreement reflecting the provision of any Additional Service which is approved pursuant to the RSEP, which amendment shall be in a form reasonably acceptable to the parties.

  • GENERAL OBLIGATIONS OF THE SUPPLIER/SERVICE PROVIDER 9.1 The Supplier/Service Provider shall:

  • AIN Selective Carrier Routing for Operator Services, Directory Assistance and Repair Centers 4.3.1 BellSouth will provide AIN Selective Carrier Routing at the request of <<customer_name>>. AIN Selective Carrier Routing will provide <<customer_name>> with the capability of routing operator calls, 0+ and 0- and 0+ NPA (LNPA) 555-1212 directory assistance, 1+411 directory assistance and 611 repair center calls to pre-selected destinations.

  • Provider If the Provider is a State Agency, the Provider acknowledges that it is responsible for its own acts and deeds and the acts and deeds of its agents and employees. If the Provider is not a State agency, then the Provider agrees to indemnify and save harmless the State and its officers and employees from all claims and liability due to activities of itself, its agents, or employees, performed under this contract and which are caused by or result from error, omission, or negligent act of the Provider or of any person employed by the Provider. The Provider shall also indemnify and save harmless the State from any and all expense, including, but not limited to, attorney fees which may be incurred by the State in litigation or otherwise resisting said claim or liabilities which may be imposed on the State as a result of such activities by the Provider or its employees. The Provider further agrees to indemnify and save harmless the State from and against all claims, demands, and causes of action of every kind and character brought by any employee of the Provider against the State due to personal injuries and/or death to such employee resulting from any alleged negligent act by either commission or omission on the part of the Provider.

  • Extended Support Services As long as funding is available (through FFFS, etc.), the district will provide the following supportive services for individuals who are eligible under the TANF Services 200% of poverty eligibility guidelines: Services listed in the supportive services attachment are provided to TANF, SNAP and 200% eligible individuals.

  • Additional Services Fees Payments to the Design Professional on account of Additional Services shall be made as follows:

  • DEPENDENT PERSONAL SERVICES 1. Subject to the provisions of Articles 16, 18 and 19, salaries, wages and other similar remuneration derived by a resident of a Contracting State in respect of an employment shall be taxable only in that State unless the employment is exercised in the other Contracting State. If the employment is so exercised, such remuneration as is derived therefrom may be taxed in that other State.

  • Provider Credentialing Contractor shall perform, or may delegate activities related to, credentialing and re-credentialing Participating Providers in accordance with a process reviewed and approved by State Regulators.

  • Interconnection Customer Provided Services The services provided by Interconnection Customer under this LGIA are set forth in Article 9.6 and Article 13.5.1. Interconnection Customer shall be paid for such services in accordance with Article 11.6.
