Protection of Your Data. Jungo shall not (a) modify Your Data, (b) disclose Your Data except as compelled by law in accordance with Section 10.4 (Compelled Disclosure) or as expressly permitted in writing by You, (c) access Your Data except to provide the Products or Services or prevent or address service or technical problems, or at Your request in connection with customer support matters, or (d) disclose any personal information supplied by You for any purpose other than the specific purpose of performing the services specified in this Agreement and your Order Form or as otherwise permitted by the California Consumer Privacy Act. Xxxxx’s disclosure of Your Data to an entity that Xxxxx reasonably believes is Your employer or master and the actual owner of the Data after reasonable investigation shall not be deemed a breach of this Section 9.
