Protecting Personal Information. The parties shall grant employees at their own companies and em- ployees of affiliated companies access to personal data of the re- spective other party only if these employees have been obligated to handle personal data in compliance with data protection legisla- tion in advance and according to the relevant data protection leg- islation.
