Common use of Proposal Preparation Clause in Contracts

Proposal Preparation. 1. Letter of Intent (LOI) and Consultation (Optional): ▪ We strongly recommend submitting an LOI with a one-page preliminary proposal. Please submit LOI via MyResearchProposal (see Section VII LOI and Application Procedure below).
