Common use of Proportional Appointment Clause in Contracts

Proportional Appointment. Proportional appointments may be any of: probationary, continuous, or short-term. A proportional appointment will involve less than a usual workload, but encompasses the full range of duties. The proportion of regular duties will be determined by the President in consultation with the Xxxx or Administrator. Remuneration and College contributions to the benefit programs will be on a pro-rata basis. All benefits possible under the terms of reference of the College employee benefit schemes will be made available on a basis equal to the proportional appointment.
