Property wide fiber-optic network Design Plan. The Parties agree that AT&T has conducted an evaluation of the Property for the construction of a Property wide fiber-optic network including extension of fiber optic facilities to each Unit, and placement of innerducts, conduits, raceways, moldings, network cabinets and other related equipment, as necessary, capable of accommodating voice, data and video transmissions and/or other services at the Property and has delivered a design plan to Association. The terms and conditions set forth in the AT&T Design Plan, Exhibit F, attached and incorporated herein demonstrates the Parties agreement on such design plan. The Parties agree that there may be issues that may arise during the construction that may require a revision or addition to the Design Plan. If such changes arise, the Parties agree to jointly agree on any required modifications for resolution of the issue.

  • Provisioning of High Frequency Spectrum and Splitter Space 3.2.1 BellSouth will provide <<customer_name>> with access to the High Frequency Spectrum as follows:

  • Network Interconnection Architecture Each Party will plan, design, construct and maintain the facilities within their respective systems as are necessary and proper for the provision of traffic covered by this Agreement.
