PROPERTY OF THE EMPLOYER. All written materials, records and ------------------------ documents made by the Employee or coming into his possession concerning the business or affairs of the Employer shall be the sole property of the Employer and, upon the termination of the Employee's employment hereunder or upon request of the Employer at any time, the Employee shall promptly deliver the same to the Employer and shall retain no copies thereof.
