Common use of Proof of Authority Clause in Contracts

Proof of Authority. Owner and Construction Guarantor each reserve the right to require any person executing this Guarantee on behalf of the other party to provide proof, in a form acceptable to Owner or Construction Guarantor, as applicable, that they have the requisite authority to execute this Guarantee on behalf of and to bind Owner or Construction Guarantor, as applicable.

Proof of Authority. Owner The Authority and the Construction Guarantor each reserve the right to require any person executing this Guarantee on behalf of the other party to provide proof, in a form acceptable to Owner the Authority or the Construction Guarantor, as applicable, that they have the requisite authority to execute this Guarantee on behalf of and to bind Owner the Authority or the Construction Guarantor, as applicable.
