In our continued assessment of the Disney+ Hotstar Platform, Disney may from time to time, with respect to any or all of our users, experiment, change or otherwise offer certain features or other elements of the Disney+ Hotstar Platform, including promotional features, user interfaces, plans and pricing. We may from time to time require you to upgrade or reinstall the application for your continued use of the Disney+ Hotstar Platform and you understand and agree with such requirement. Your use of any updates, modifications to, or replacement versions of Disney+ Hotstar Platform shall be governed by these Terms of Use and any additional terms you agree to when you install such update, modification, replacement version or agree to such new terms.
