Promotion Interview Board. The Promotion Interview Board shall consist of three (3) members who shall be law enforcement officers from outside the Department and County, and whose rank is higher than the position being filled. The manner of selection of the members of the Promotion Interview Board shall be at the discretion of the Sheriff. Results of the written examination shall not be made available to the Promotion Interview Board.
