PROMISE TO PAY - PLACE OF PAYMENT. In return for a loan that Borrower has received, Borrower promises to pay in lawful money of the United States of America to the order of WM PROPERTIES OF SOUTH FLORIDA, INC. at such address as is indicated in Paragraph 2 or at such other place as the Holder of this Note shall in writing designate, the principal sum of Two Hundred Fifty Five Thousand United States Dollars (US$255,000.00) (this amount is called "principal"), subject to the terms and conditions of this Note.

  • Place of Payments The Company shall make all Loan Payments directly to the Trustee at its Principal Office. Additional Payments shall be made directly to the person or entity to whom or to which they are due.
