PROJECT PROFILE & BACKGROUND INFORMATION. 1.1 About RISL
PROJECT PROFILE & BACKGROUND INFORMATION. RajComp Info Services Limited (RISL) intends to enter into a Rate Contract with Certification Agencies who are appointed by the office of the Controller of Certifying Authorities (CCA) under the provisions of IT Act 2000, for a period of one year for supply of Digital Signature Certificates (individual signing and encryption) with USB crypto-tokens and Server SSL Certificates, as per the standards of CCA, for various projects with Government of Rajasthan.
PROJECT PROFILE & BACKGROUND INFORMATION. The Controller of Certifying Authority (CCA), Government of India has authorized RISL as a Certifying Authority (CA). According to Section 24 of Information Technology Act 2000, a Certifying Authority means an agency that has been granted a license to issue Digital Signature Certificates, SSL certificates and e-Sign facility. A Certifying Authority is a trusted body whose central responsibility is to issue, revoke, renew and provide directories of Digital Certificates. RISL has already established PKI infrastructure as per guidelines of CCA in order to create, store and distribute digital certificates, e-Sign and SSL certificates. Digital-certificates are used to secure the transfer of information, assert identity information and verify the authenticity of messages through public key cryptography and digital signatures. RISL requires PKI based USB crypto tokens to provide its users (Officer of Government Departments) secure storage for digital certificates and private keys. This shall allow public-key cryptography and digital signatures to be leveraged securely, without risk of leaking the private key information. To accomplish this objective of safe & secure use, storage and movement of digital signature certificates, RISL intends to procure CCA mandated FIPS certified Crypto USB Token for which RISL intends to enter into a Rate Contract with most advantageous bidders for supply of CCA mandated USB Cryptographic tokens and invites bids from eligible bidders.
PROJECT PROFILE & BACKGROUND INFORMATION. The Government of Rajasthan would leverage Information & Communication Technology (ICT) not only as a tool for improving governance and employment opportunities, but also more significantly as a means to enhance the quality of life and bridging the socio-economic divide in the State. The State Government intends to make conscious efforts to see that benefits of IT/ ITeS in terms of employment generation and economic up-liftment percolates to all sections of the society, particularly to those living in rural and remote areas.

(formerly RajCOMP) is a fully owned Government of Rajasthan Company; it is a leading consulting organization in the field of Information Technology. RajCOMP Info Services Ltd. (RISL) operates under the aegis of Government of Rajasthan. RISL is designated State Designated Agency (SDA) for implementation of NeGP Components i.e. State Data Centre (SDC), State Wide Area Network (SWAN), Common Service Centre (CSC), State Service Delivery and other State‟s Mission Mode Projects (MMPs) and Facilitate State Government for implementing e-Procurement Project. RISL takes up the activities of procuring and outsourcing of hardware, software, networking components and other products and services on behalf of Government Departments/ Organization(users).
PROJECT PROFILE & BACKGROUND INFORMATION. RISL intends to enter into a Rate-Contract,with professional and competent firms for Supply, Installation, Integration and Commissioning of Video Conferencing and Audio Visual Equipment for Smart Classroom. RISL shall use these rate contracts across the State for establishing Smart Classrooms. It is therefore required that the Audio Video components and Controlling equipment of best in class Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) be quoted in the bid. Tentative requirement of eClassroom which may be used for the rate contract are given in the “Annexure –1” Bill of Material, Details of location where Smart Classrooms may be established are given in Annexure- 17 This rate contract document however doesn‟t guarantee any minimum purchase orders/ work orders and purchaser shall in no way be held liable for the same. DoIT&C/ RISL has procured a generic codec/ client based Video Conferencing solution (PeopleLink video conferencing solution) which shall be used for establishing all Smart Classrooms For video conferencing, existing video conferencing solution shall be used. Licenses of existing video conferencing solution have already been procured by DoIT&C for the State of Rajasthan and offers following advantageous  Scalability: Existing VCSolution is highly scalable and 24/48/96 videos can be simultaneously seen on the same screen  No third party codec required: Solutioncan be used directly through any Desktop/ Laptop/ Tablet without the requirement of any costly third party codec and is highly cost effective  Inbuilt MCU:Existing VC MCU is inbuilt within the product, hence no additional cost of setting extra MCU is required. PROJECT PROFILE & BACKGROUND INFORMATION a. GoR, through DoIT&C & RISL, is providing various G2C and B2C services to the residents of the state through eMitra platform. The main objective of the scheme is to provide wide range of citizen friendly services of different Government and private organisations through multi-modal interfaces, including eMitra kiosks set up in the urban and rural areas of Rajasthan. The aim is to deploy Information & Communications Technology (ICT) to provide a centralised and integrated service delivery platform for the benefit of the masses. b. Some of the major services currently being delivered through eMitra platform includes Digitally Signed Certificates (Bonafide, Caste, Solvency, Death, Birth, Marriage, etc), Ration Cards, Bhamashah Cards, etc. to citizens. These certificates/ cards are delivered to the applicant on pre-printed Stationery/ e-Cards/ PVC or fibre cards with highly secured hologram along with other security features. c. RISL intends to empanel a firm for printing and delivery of the secured Tamper evident holograms stickers to state and district level offices for a period of two years. d. The Hologram shall be procured by RISL, DeGS and Local Service Providers (LSPs) working under eMitra project.

  • Background Information The Adviser has entered into an Investment Adviser's Agreement with the Fund ("Investment Adviser's Agreement"). Pursuant to the Investment Adviser's Agreement, the Adviser has agreed to render investment advisory and certain other management services to all of the funds of the Fund, and the Fund has agreed to employ the Adviser to render such services and to pay to the Adviser certain fees therefore. The Investment Adviser's Agreement recognizes that the Adviser may enter into agreements with other investment advisers who will serve as fund managers to the funds.

  • Sales Material and Information 4.1. The Company shall furnish, or shall cause to be furnished, to the Fund or its designee, each piece of sales literature or other promotional material in which the Fund or its investment adviser or the Underwriter is named, at least fifteen Business Days prior to its use. No such material shall be used if the Fund or its designee reasonably objects to such use within fifteen Business Days after receipt of such material. 4.2. The Company shall not give any information or make any representations or statements on behalf of the Fund or concerning the Fund in connection with the sale of the Contracts other than the information or representations contained in the registration statement or prospectus for the Fund shares, as such registration statement and prospectus may be amended or supplemented from time to time, or in reports or proxy statements for the Fund, or in sales literature or other promotional material approved by the Fund or its designee or by the Underwriter, except with the permission of the Fund or the Underwriter or the designee of either. 4.3. The Fund, Underwriter, or its designee shall furnish, or shall cause to be furnished, to the Company or its designee, each piece of sales literature or other promotional material in which the Company and/or its separate account(s), is named at least fifteen Business Days prior to its use. No such material shall be used if the Company or its designee reasonably objects to such use within fifteen Business Days after receipt of such material. 4.4. The Fund and the Underwriter shall not give any information or make any representations on behalf of the Company or concerning the Company, each Account, or the Contracts other than the information or representations contained in a registration statement or prospectus for the Contracts, as such registration statement and prospectus may be amended or supplemented from time to time, or in published reports for each Account which are in the public domain or approved by the Company for distribution to Contract owners, or in sales literature or other promotional material approved by the Company or its designee, except with the permission of the Company. 4.5. The Fund will provide to the Company at least one complete copy of all registration statements, prospectuses, Statements of Additional Information, reports, proxy statements, sales literature and other promotional materials, applications for exemptions, requests for no-action letters, and all amendments to any of the above, that relate to the Fund or its shares, contemporaneously with the filing of such document with the Securities and Exchange Commission or other regulatory authorities. 4.6. The Company will provide to the Fund at least one complete copy of all registration statements, prospectuses, Statements of Additional Information, reports, solicitations for voting instructions, sales literature and other promotional materials, applications for exemptions, requests for no action letters, and all amendments to any of the above, that relate to the Contracts or each Account, contemporaneously with the filing of such document with the SEC or other regulatory authorities. 4.7. For purposes of this Article IV, the phrase "sales literature or other promotional material" includes, but is not limited to, any of the following that refer to the Fund or any affiliate of the Fund: advertisements (such as material published, or designed for use in, a newspaper, magazine, or other periodical, radio, television, telephone or tape recording, videotape display, signs or billboards, motion pictures, or other public media), sales literature (i.e., any written communication distributed or made generally available to customers or the public, including brochures, circulars, research reports, market letters, form letters, seminar texts, reprints or excerpts of any other advertisement, sales literature, or published article), educational or training materials or other communications distributed or made generally available to some or all agents or employees, and registration statements, prospectuses, Statements of Additional Information, shareholder reports, and proxy materials.

  • Fund Information Each Fund will provide documentary evidence of its tax domicile, organizational specifics and other documentation and information as may be required by the Custodian from time to time for tax purposes, including, without limitation, information relating to any special ruling or treatment to which the Fund may be entitled that is not applicable to the general nationality and category of person to which the Fund belongs under general laws and treaty obligations and documentation and information required in relation to countries where the Fund engages or proposes to engage in investment activity or where Portfolio assets are or will be held. The provision of such documentation and information shall be deemed to be a Proper Instruction, upon which the Custodian shall be entitled to rely and act. In giving such documentation and information, the Fund represents and warrants that it is true and correct in all material respects and that it will promptly provide the Custodian with all necessary corrections or updates upon becoming aware of any changes or inaccuracies in the documentation or information supplied.

  • Project Background 6.1.1. Brief description of Contracting Agency’s project background and/or situation leading to this Project

  • Data and Information 14.1 The Contractor shall have the right to use, and shall have access to, all geological, geophysical, drilling, well production, well location maps and other information held by the Republic related to the Contract Area in consideration of the payment of the required fees. 14.2 The Contractor shall promptly provide the Minister, free of cost, with all data obtained as a result of Hydrocarbons Operations under this Contract, including seismic data, geological, geophysical, geochemical, petro-physical, engineering, well logs, maps, magnetic tapes, cores, cuttings and production data, as well as all interpretative and derivative data, including reports, analyses, interpretations and evaluations prepared in respect of Hydrocarbons Operations. 14.3 The Republic shall have title to all original data and information resulting from Hydrocarbons Operations under this Contract, including but not limited to geological, geophysical, petro-physical and engineering data, well logs and completion status reports, and any other data that the Contractor or anyone acting on its behalf may compile or obtain during the term of this Contract. The Contractor is entitled to retain and use a copy of all such data, subject to the provisions of this Article 14. 14.4 The Contractor acknowledges the proprietary rights of the Republic in all data and information referred to in this Article 14 and agrees to treat all such data and information as confidential and to comply with applicable laws and regulations with respect to the storage and any transport or export out of the Republic of any such data and information. 14.5 The Contractor may disclose such information to its employees to the extent required for efficient conduct of Hydrocarbons Operations, provided such individuals have signed or otherwise be subject to an undertaking relating to the confidentiality of the same information as part of their employment contract, or to Affiliates and consultants, or to bona fide prospective assignees of rights under this Contract or to banks or financial institutions from which finance is sought, provided that the Contractor obtains from such entities, prior to disclosure, a written confidentiality undertaking. In the case of disclosure to prospective assignees, any disclosure of such information shall require the prior written consent of the Minister, which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld. 14.6 The Contractor may disclose information as and to the extent required by a regulatory or judicial authority having proper jurisdiction over the Contractor, provided that the Minister is first notified of such disclosure and of the information so disclosed. 14.7 The Contractor’s obligation of confidentiality under this Article shall be of a continuing nature and shall not be cancelled by the expiration, suspension or termination of this Contract, or by any transfer or assignment of interest under this Contract.
