Common use of Project Monitoring Reporting and Evaluation Clause in Contracts

Project Monitoring Reporting and Evaluation. 1. The Project Implementing Entity shall monitor and evaluate the progress of the Project and prepare Project Reports in accordance with the provisions of Section 2.06 of the Standard Conditions and on the basis of the indicators agreed with the World Bank. Each Project Report shall cover the period of each calendar semester, and shall be furnished to the World Bank not later than forty five (45) days after the end of the period covered by such report.

Each such Project Report shall cover the period of each one (1) calendar semesterquarter, and shall be furnished to the World Bank Recipient not later than forty five two (452) days weeks after the end of the period covered by such reportreport for incorporation and forwarding by the Recipient to the World Bank of the overall Project Report.

Each such Project Report shall cover the period of each one (1) calendar semester, quarter and shall be furnished to the World Borrower and the Bank not later than forty forty-five (45) days after the end of the period covered by such report.
