Common use of PROJECT FUNDS Clause in Contracts

PROJECT FUNDS. The ARCHITECT/ENGINEER and OWNER understand that sufficient funds have been allocated to complete design services. In consideration of this fact, the ARCHITECT/ENGINEER and OWNER agree that the ARCHITECT/ENGINEER will proceed with BASIC SERVICES for the Project based upon a time schedule that will permit the issuance of bid documents in accordance with the schedule concurred in by the ARCHITECT/ENGINEER and the OWNER.
