Common use of Project Directors Clause in Contracts

Project Directors. Within thirty (30) days following the Effective Date each Party shall appoint (and notify the other Party of the identity of a representative to act as its project director for the Programs (“Project Director”). The Project Director shall be responsible for the follow-up of the respective Research and Development activities under this Agreement for his/her designated Program on a regular basis. The Project Director shall attend the meetings of the JRDC, and may bring any matter in relation to the project management to the attention of the JSC, if such Project Director reasonably believes that such matter warrants such attention. Each Party may replace its Project Director upon written notice to the other Party.
