Common use of Project Coordinators Clause in Contracts

Project Coordinators. Within 30 days of the Effective Date, each party will appoint one person to manage that parties’ day-to-day obligations as contemplated by this Agreement for that party (each a “Project Coordinator”) and will provide the contact information for such Project Coordinator to the other party. Each Party will have the right to replace its Project Coordinator by providing written notice of such replacement to the other party, such notice to include the contact information for the new Project Coordinator. The Project Coordinators will meet in person or by telephone conference, as needed, not less than once each quarter during the Term, to discuss the status of the parties’ activities under this Agreement.
