Project and Completion Reports. 1. The Recipient shall cause FIRCA to monitor and to evaluate the progress of Parts 1.1, 1.3, 1.4, 2, 3.1(b), 3.2, 3.3 and 4(ii) of the Project and to prepare Project Reports in accordance with the provisions of Section 4.08 of the General Conditions and on the basis of the National Monitoring and Evaluation Indicators. Each Project Report shall cover the period of one calendar semester, and shall be furnished to the Association and CORAF not later than forty-five (45) days after the end of the period covered by such report.
