Common use of Project Agreement Modification and Cancellation Clause in Contracts

Project Agreement Modification and Cancellation. Any modification or cancellation of a Project Agreement shall be made only by written amendment executed by Authorized Signatories from each party. After the execution of a Project Agreement or amendment, any change or cancellation by Customer to an associated Purchase Order requires execution by Customer and Motorola of an amendment to such associated Project Agreement.
