The prices for all linear items unless otherwise measured are to include for all short lengths, angles and arrises, mitres, and ends of every description. Prices for paving are to include for adequate covering and protection during the progress of the Works to ensure that the floors are handed over in perfect condition on completion. Prices for all pavings and plastering, etc., shall include for hacking concrete surfaces and for raking out joints of walls 12 mm deep and for cross-scoring undercoats to form a proper key. Plastering on walls generally shall be taken to include flush faces of lintels, beams, etc., in same.
