Common use of Progression to Continuing Appointment Clause in Contracts

Progression to Continuing Appointment. 16.4.1 A Member holding a Candidacy Appointment, as defined in clause 14.3, shall be notified by the President whether or not the Member has been granted a Continuing Appointment no later than 3 months before the end of the Candidacy Appointment.
