Program Relocation Sample Clauses

The Program Relocation clause defines the rights and procedures for moving a program or service from one location to another. Typically, it outlines the conditions under which relocation can occur, such as notice requirements, cost responsibilities, and any limitations on the frequency or timing of moves. This clause ensures that both parties understand their obligations and helps prevent disputes by clarifying how and when a program may be relocated, thereby providing operational flexibility while protecting the interests of all involved.
Program Relocation. If a special education program is relocated from one school to another, the paraprofessional(s) working in the program shall have the opportunity to interview prior to any additional candidates, if they so choose, but are not guaranteed a position at the receiving school. Paraprofessionals not selected will be provided with a minimum of 30-day’s notice prior to being reduced. Paraprofessionals reduced from buildings/departments may apply for positions for which they are qualified. Reduced paraprofessionals shall be considered for reemployment prior to the assignment of new personnel.
Program Relocation a. If a special program (including, but limited to ▇▇▇▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇▇, Title 1, and Special Day Class) is relocated, the employee shall have the option of moving with the program or grade level. Should more teachers be needed to fill openings, transfer language (Sections 2.d and Section 4) will apply.
Program Relocation. Where the employer finds it necessary to relocate a program from one school to another, the incumbent employee shall be offered the opportunity to move with the program provided the position continues to exist at the new location.
Program Relocation. If a Special Education program is relocated to another school, the teacher(s) assigned to that program shall have first option to be reassigned with the program to the new location. If the teacher(s) assigned to the program do/does not wish to be reassigned with the program to the new location and the building remains overstaffed, the Involuntary Transfer provisions of this Section shall apply.
