Program Phase. 1.1.1. The DESIGN PROFESSIONAL shall review and evaluate the existing facility for identification of areas in non-compliance with current codes, and areas needing repair or replacement. The DESIGN PROFESSIONAL shall gather all pertinent data required to develop a complete Project program. This phase shall include, as a minimum, the following tasks:
