Common use of Program Phase Clause in Contracts

Program Phase. 2.4.1 The Professional shall meet with the Owner to ascertain the general requirements for the Project and shall meet with the Project Program Committee to define in more detail the Scope of the Project, the functional and departmental objectives of the Project, the relationship of the Project to other structures and facilities, and the criteria for selection of the site. The Professional shall advise the Owner and the Project Program Committee as to cost of the Project and time requirements for planning and construction. The Professional shall prepare and submit to the Owner a comprehensive written Project Program. The Program will include as a minimum the following elements: 1.
