Common use of Program Description Clause in Contracts

Program Description. Participating Colleges will work with the CVC-OEI to support a fully operational California Virtual Campus Exchange (hereafter “CVC Exchange”) in support of the Prime Agreement between the CCCCO and FHDA ("Prime Agreement"). The CVC Exchange aims to provide a seamless pathway for students to register for, and complete, online courses across participating colleges to support accelerated student completion of educational goals.
