Program Description. In accordance with Section 1007.271 (21), F.S., SBE Rule 6A-14.064, the Dual Enrollment program is the enrollment of an eligible secondary student in a postsecondary course creditable toward both high school completion and a career certificate, or high school completion and an associate degree.
