Program Components and Requirements. The purpose of this Contract is for the delivery of comprehensive youth services that offer in- depth employment and education advancement opportunities, career exploration and counseling as well as assisting with the elimination of barriers for targeted In-School Youth (ISY) in the County with the exception of the cities of Anaheim and Santa Xxx (which are governed by their own Workforce Boards).
