Professional Opportunities. Whenever there is an opportunity for advancement within the system, a notice shall be posted on the PEA bulletin board in each building during the school year. Any teacher having an interest in any position that may become vacant during the summer shall indicate this interest in writing to the Assistant Superintendent for Personnel prior to July 1. Any teacher having an interest in a coaching position that may become vacant during the summer shall indicate this interest in writing to the Athletic Director prior to July 1 as per Section 5-15.
