Common use of Professional Development Fund Clause in Contracts

Professional Development Fund. A budgetary item equal to one and one-half percent (1-1/2%) of Employees' salaries shall be set aside annually to be used to: (a) pay Employees granted leave at part or full salary for professional development. (b) supplement outside funds and/or cover a portion of the non-salary costs associated with approved programs, including exchanges.
