PROFESSIONAL COURSES. The Board encourages members of the professional staff to take courses for the improvement and enhancement of their teaching and will subsidize up to one hundred percent (100%) of the tuition cost of such courses within the limits defined below and with the exception of courses which have been suggested or recommended by the Board.
