PROFESSIONAL COURSES. The Unified Government and the Lodge are in agreement that it is in the best interests of the Department that as many employees as possible participate in professional, educational and training courses whenever the same are available. In order to facilitate the availability of such courses to the personnel of the Department the following are hereby adopted:
