Common use of Professional Activities Clause in Contracts

Professional Activities. Employees shall be encouraged to attend professional meetings, conferences, and activities with the approval of their supervisor. The University shall reimburse an employee for expenses related to such activities subject to the availability of funds and the approval of the supervisor, in accordance with the applicable provisions of State law and rules and regulations having the force and effect of law.
