SALARY SCHEDULES – CONTRACT YEAR. 7.1.1 The parties agree to the institutional goal to maintain not less than ninth (9th) place in the relative rank of the tenth active step on Class VI. Relevant salary schedules in effect on March 1, 2022 will be reviewed by March 31, 2022 to determine relative rank. Basic Aid districts shall be excluded from the ranking determination. Any additional compensation required to maintain relative rank will be negotiated for the successor agreement. The percentage adjustment required to maintain not less than ninth (9th) place shall be figured by determining the percent increase needed to maintain relative rank at the tenth active step on Class VI and applying that same percent to each class and step. The parties have entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) forming a Joint Task Force on salaries. The MOU is incorporated herein by reference.

Provide step restoration by placing all eligible faculty at the step placement they would have reached if there had been no freeze of step movement in 2009-10 and 2010-11.

  • Salary Schedules (a) The salary schedules shall be incorporated into this Agreement as Appendix V.

  • Salary Schedule The scale of remuneration set out in Schedule "A" shall apply during the term of this Agreement. Any changes in salary rates or the classifications as outlined in Schedule "A" shall not be put into effect until the Union Business Representative has been consulted.

  • Placement on Salary Schedule The following rules shall be applicable in determining placement of a teacher on the appropriate salary schedule:

  • Contract Year A twelve (12) month period during the term of the Agreement commencing on the Effective Date and each anniversary thereof.

  • Status of Salary Schedule The salary schedules are not to be construed as part of a teacher’s continuing contract. In the event a successor Agreement is not entered into prior to the expiration date of this Agreement, a teacher shall be compensated according to the previous year’s compensation until such time that a successor Agreement is executed.

  • Shift Schedule The words "shift schedule" when used in this Agreement shall mean a timetable of the shifts and off days assigned to a position or group of positions which commences at the beginning of a pay period and includes one complete rotation of said shifts.

  • Salary Scale The salary scale applicable to Employees shall be set out hereinafter in the Wage Schedule.

  • Salary Schedule Placement All bargaining unit employees will have their base salaries set on the following salary schedule based on their years of service in their current job title and band. All employees who have been in their current job title and band for six or more years will have their base salaries set at the market salaries identified in the schedule for their job titles and band assignments. No employee will suffer a reduction in salary as a result of the pay schedule’s implementation.

  • Salary Scales 1. In the settlement of the Kindergarten Teachers, Head Teachers and Senior Teachers' Collective Agreement 2000-2002 the parties committed themselves to the implementation of pay parity for kindergarten teachers. Senior teacher K3 and K4 salaries were benchmarked to the base salary (excluding the roll-based supplementary component) of a primary U2 and U3 principal respectively.

  • C1 Contract Price C1.1 In consideration of the Contractor’s performance of its obligations under the Contract, the Authority shall pay the Contract Price in accordance with clause C2 (Payment and VAT).
