Procedures for Membership Authorization. Proper authorization for membership payroll deductions shall be the signature of the Employee on an authorization form prepared by the Association and submitted to the Special Education Director or his/her designee. Such authorization shall be renewed prior to September 1st of each school year, to be effective for such year.
