Procedure for Handling Grievances. a. Step One b. Step Two c. Step Three d. Step Four e. A grievance alleging a violation of the negotiated Agreement may be resolved by settlement only if agreed to in writing by the Employer and the Association. f. Copies of the written decision reached at each formal step of the grievance procedure together with all written documents specifically cited as rationale for the decision shall be provided to the Association within fourteen (14) days of specific request for documents by the Association.
