Problem Reporting. County will maintain a problem reporting and Work Request System which includes Member access in order to manage problem resolution and work order completion, as well as to provide statistical information for System management. Guidelines for SCPSC to report problems and request work are included in Schedule G - SCPSC Responsibilities.
