Seller agrees to provide to Buyer copies of each of the documents identified in PUC Section 2821(d)(1), if applicable, as may be amended from time to time, as evidence of Seller’s compliance with such PUC section. Such documentation shall be provided to Buyer within thirty (30) days of Seller’s receipt of written request therefor.
