Priority 3 Service. If Producers have volumes of Producers’ Gas and MV Mitigation Gas available on a ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Gathering System from time to time in excess of the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Maximum Daily Quantity for such ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Gathering System, Producers may request, and Gatherer shall provide, to the extent available, Priority 3 Service for such volumes of Producers’ Gas and MV Mitigation Gas at rates to be agreed to by the Parties.
