Maximum Daily Quantity Sample Clauses

The Maximum Daily Quantity clause sets a cap on the amount of a product or service that can be delivered or received within a single day under a contract. This limit is typically specified in measurable units, such as barrels of oil, cubic meters of gas, or units of goods, and may be adjusted based on operational needs or mutual agreement. By establishing a clear daily maximum, the clause helps manage supply expectations, prevents overconsumption or overdelivery, and protects both parties from logistical or financial strain due to unexpected volume fluctuations.
