PRIORITETNE OSI/PROJEKTI. 2.a Prioritetne osi Uzimajući u obzir naprednu fazu priprema za članstvo, aktivnosti IPA programiranja za Hrvatsku usmjerene su se na dobivanje pre- ostalih pomoći koje su potrebne za preuzimanje obveza iz članstva. 13 projekata IPA Nacionalnog programa za 2010. godinu grupirano je u 4 strateške prioritetne osi utvrđene Višegodišnjim indikativnim planskim dokumentom (VIPD) 2009. – 2011. za Hrvatsku: politički kriteriji, ekonomski kriteriji, sposobnost preuzimanja obveza iz član- stva, te programi potpore. Odabrani su uzimajući u obzir njihovu usklađenost s Pristupnim partnerstvom koje je usvojeno 12. veljače 2008. godine, Strateškim dokumentom o proširenju za sve zemlje i Izvješćem o napretku. Projektni prijedlozi su također ocijenjeni prema prijašnjem iskustvu Nacionalnog programa Republike Xxxxxxxx xx xxxxxxxxxxxxx Xxxxx- xxxx xxxxx xx 0000. godinu, Strateškom okviru za razvoj Xxxxxxxx 0000. – 2013., kao i sektorskim strategijama gdje god je to prim- jenjivo. Kao i prethodnih xxxxxx, projekti su ocjenjivani i prema slijedu pomoći u predmetnom sektoru, sposobnosti institucije potencijal- ne korisnice za provedbu te zrelosti projektnih prijedloga.
