Prior Notification. The Security Trustee shall, if reasonably practicable, give prior notification to the Seller of the Security Trustee's intention to enforce the security created by this Deed, provided always that the failure of the Security Trustee to provide such notification shall not prejudice the ability of the Security Trustee to enforce the security created by this Deed.
