Obligor Notification Forms. The Borrower shall furnish the Collateral Agent and the Administrative Agent with an appropriate power of attorney to send (at the Administrative Agent’s discretion on the Collateral Agent’s behalf, after the occurrence and during the continuance of an Event of Default or the Facility Maturity Date) Obligor notification forms to give notice to the Obligors of the Collateral Agent’s interest in the Collateral Portfolio and the obligation to make payments as directed by the Administrative Agent on the Collateral Agent’s behalf.
Obligor Notification Forms. The Administrative Agent may, in its discretion after the occurrence and during the continuance of an Event of Default, send notification forms giving each relevant administrative agent or Obligor, as applicable, notice of the Secured Parties’ interest in the Collateral and the obligation to make payments as directed by the Administrative Agent.

The Seller shall furnish the Administrative Agent with an appropriate power of attorney to send (at the Administrative Agent’s discretion after the occurrence of a Termination Event or an Unmatured Termination Event) Obligor notification forms to give notice to the Obligors of the Secured Parties’ interest in the Collateral and the obligation to make payments as directed by the Administrative Agent.

The Borrower shall furnish the Administrative Agent with an appropriate power of attorney to send (at the Administrative Agent’s discretion after the occurrence of an Event of Default) Obligor notification forms to give notice to the Obligors of the Secured Parties’ interest in the Collateral and the obligation to make payments as directed by the Administrative Agent.

The Borrower shall furnish the Trustee and the Agent with an appropriate power of attorney to send (at the Agent’s discretion on the Trustee’s behalf, after the occurrence or declaration of the Facility Maturity Date but subject to the proviso in Section 7.02(a)) Obligor notification forms to give notice to the Obligors of the Trustee’s interest in the Collateral Portfolio and the obligation to make payments as directed by the Agent on the Trustee’s behalf.

The Servicer shall furnish the Collateral Agent and the Administrative Agent with an appropriate power of attorney to send, after the occurrence of an Event of Default (at the Administrative Agent’s discretion on the Collateral Agent’s behalf) Obligor notification forms to give notice to the Obligors of the Collateral Agent’s interest in the Collateral Portfolio and the obligation to make payments as directed by the Administrative Agent on the Collateral Agent’s behalf.
Obligor Notification Forms. The Borrower or the Servicer on behalf of the Borrower shall furnish the Collateral Agent and the Administrative Agent with an appropriate power of attorney, substantially in the form of Exhibit L or Exhibit M, as applicable, to send (at the Administrative Agent's discretion on the Collateral Agent's behalf, during the continuance of an Event of Default) Obligor notification forms to give notice to the Obligors of the Collateral Agent's interest in the Collateral and the obligation to make payments as directed by the Administrative Agent on the Collateral Agent's behalf.
Obligor Notification Forms. The Borrower shall furnish the Collateral Agent and the Administrative Agent promptly and in any event no later than fifteen (15) Business Days after the Closing Date with an appropriate power of attorney, substantially in the form of Exhibit N or Exhibit O, as applicable, to send (at the Administrative Agent’s discretion on the Collateral Agent’s behalf, after the occurrence and during the continuance of an Event of Default) Obligor notification forms to give notice to the Obligors of the Collateral Agent’s interest in the Collateral and the obligation to make payments as directed by the Administrative Agent on the Collateral Agent’s behalf.
Obligor Notification Forms. The Seller shall furnish the Buyer with an appropriate power of attorney to send Obligor notification forms to give notice to the Obligors of the Buyer’s interest in the Sale Assets and the obligation to make payments as directed by the Buyer.
Obligor Notification Forms. The Administrative Agent may, in its discretion after the occurrence of a Collateral Manager Default or an Event of Default, send notification forms giving the Obligors notice of the Secured Parties’ interest in the Collateral and the obligation to make payments as directed by the Administrative Agent; provided that, in the case of an occurrence of an Event of Default, the Administrative Agent may not send any notification forms to any Obligor until the earlier of (i) the next payment date of the applicable USActive 56057294.10 Eligible Loan related to such Obligor or (ii) thirty (30) days from the occurrence of such Event of Default.
