Common use of Prior Agreement; Amendments Clause in Contracts

This Lease contains all of the agreements of the parties hereto with respect to any matter covered or mentioned in this Lease, and no prior agreements or understanding or letter or proposal pertaining to any such matters shall be effective for any purpose.
