Print Directory Advertising. (1) Print Directory. Print Directory Advertising generally refers to Services which are or which approximate traditional printed Yellow Pages directories. This Section applies to Services identified as “Print Directory” Services in the applicable Order and to all other Services for the placement of Advertising into Publisher’s printed Yellow Pages (The Real Yellow Pages®), White Pages, printed coupon or other content directory, or any functional equivalent or successor medium or publication (generally, a “Print Directory”, and collectively such Advertising, “Print Directory Advertising” or “PD Advertising”).

  • Directory Listings 15.1.1 CBT, as publisher of its White Pages, will include Primary Listings of CLEC’s resale directory customers in its White Pages, and shall cause its publisher to include primary listings of CLEC’s directory customers in its Publisher’s Yellow Pages Directories under the following terms and conditions:

  • Directories BellSouth or its agent shall make available White Pages directories to <<customer_name>> subscribers at no charge or as specified in a separate BAPCO agreement.

  • Marketing and Advertising Provider shall not advertise or market to schools, students or their parents/guardians when the advertising is based upon any Student Data that Provider has acquired because of the use of that Provider’s site, Products, Services, or this Agreement.

  • Targeted Advertising Prohibition Operator is prohibited from using or selling Data to (a) market or advertise to students or families/guardians; (b) inform, influence, or enable marketing, advertising, or other commercial efforts by a Operator; (c) develop a profile of a student, family member/guardian or group, for any commercial purpose other than providing the Service to LEA; or

  • Hyperlinks 12.1 You must not link to any material using or by means of the Services that would, if it were made available through the Services, breach the provisions of this Policy.
