Common use of PRINCIPAL’S EXEMPTION Clause in Contracts

PRINCIPAL’S EXEMPTION. In addition to the provisions of paragraph A, the principal may exempt up to three (3) teachers. No more than three (3) exemptions may be used in any one school year. No more than one (l) exemption may be used in any one department, except two (2) may be used in Physical Education/ Health. Instructional leaders shall not be exempt from consideration as surplus teachers.
