Common use of Primary Account Representative Clause in Contracts

Primary Account Representative. Vendor will assign a primary account representative to MMCAP Infuse for this Agreement and must provide a minimum of seventy-two (72) hours advanced notice to MMCAP Infuse if that person is reassigned. In the event that the primary account representative is unresponsive or does not meet MMCAP Infuse’s needs, the Vendor will assign another primary account representative upon MMCAP Infuse’s request. The primary account representative will be responsible for: A. Proper maintenance and management of the Agreement, including timely execution of all amendments. B. Timely response to all MMCAP Infuse inquiries C. Performance of the business review as described in Paragraph 6.2.
